Management (Enlightenment・Practice)
While we base our compliance on our company principles, we have also incorporated socially accepted ideas and examples of regulations, and have thus established a system and standard for compliance practice. Focusing on this system and standard we employ various methods and training programs to interlock our efforts to enforce compliance awareness and the establishment and utilization of an organizational practice system, while managing it to implement continual compliance may be implemented and continued throughout the entire organization.
Compliance Management

“The Basis of Vision” includes all the rules by which all Isuzu employees must abide. We maintain work ethics and style unique to Isuzu by asking each and every employee to consult the guidebook whenever necessary.

(1) Isuzu’s commitment to compliance – basic ethics / standard of actions – is explained at each branch.

(2) Employees are given opportunities for one-on-one discussions, and for presenting their questions and receiving answers. “The Basis of Vision” is given to them and they are asked to sign in their copy of the book as a declaration to follow the basic ethics, standard of actions and company regulations set in the guidebook.

3.Achieve the goal of becoming a visionary company based on Isuzu’s philosophy.
Activities of the Compliance Office
1.Examination and Proposal Concerning the Practice and Promotion of Compliance Management
- Examination of countermeasures and recurrence prevention measure concerning compliance troubles.
- Examination of various revisions / reinforced promotions of compliance practice (activate the ‘self-cleansing’ mechanism whenever and wherever necessary, even if no problems are in view.)
2.Verification of the State of Practice - and the Promotion - of Compliance Management
- Periodical internal audit – instructions on its improvement.
- Evaluation and verification of the progress of compliance promotion.
3.Enlightenment and Permeation of Compliance Management
- Collection and management of on-site compliance related information.
- Collection and distribution of compliance related information.
The Compliance Office mainly functions to support and propose to the Compliance Committee through the three points mentioned above.
