Commenced business. Started selling iron at Kotobuki Sangyo
1949
Established "Chiyoda Kozai Kabushiki Kaisha" in Kanda Kajicho, Chiyoda-ku

Opened Kamata Branch
1952
Closed Chiyoda Kozai. Established "Isuzu Kozai Kabushiki Kaisha" on January 21

Became exclusive dealer of Fuji Shoji (current Mitsubishi Corporation). Specialized in selling steel sheets

Began processing and marketing business

Promoted expansion of marketing channel and opened branches to respond to high-groth era
Transferred headquarters to Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Jointly established Isuzu Steel Center with Mitsubishi Corporation
